YOUR TASKS

• 
  1. Capture and analyze customer requirements with regards to technical aspects
  收集，整理客户的技术需求；
  
• 2. Define System Requirements from the customer requirements
  根据客户需求制定系统技术规范
  
• 3. Design of System Architecture for Battery Management systems
  制定电池管理系统的系统架构以及接口规范；
  
• 4. Close communication with the project team；
  与项目团队保持良好的沟通；
  
• 5. Perform reviews of the various domain level specifications
  评审其他相关领域的技术规范；
  
• 6. Design new, flexible system designs/architectures for upcoming market needs
  设计开发具有创新，柔性架构特征的系统以满足未来市场的需求
  
• 7. Other job assigned by Department Manager
  部门经理安排的其他工作
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field
  电子电气等专业本科或以上学历；
• 2. At least 3 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control modules
  汽车电子模块行业3年以上研发经验；
• 3. Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e.CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)
  熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)；
• 4. Good skills in English；
  英语熟练；
• 5. Good communication and coordination skills
  良好的沟通与协调技巧；
• 6. Self-motivated,Engineering thinking，responsibility;
  能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心
• 7. System, Electrical, or Software Engineering experience is preferred
  有系统，电子电气或软件方面工作经验者优先；
• 8. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS)；
  优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS)使用经验者；
• 9. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred；
  对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑；
• 10. Open mind and team work spirit.
