- Lead the execution of marketing programs.
- Manage all marketing efforts and activities within the marketing department.
- Act proactively to increase our market segment.
- Establish positioning, identify objective audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives in different channels and segments.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Serve as a liaison with sales and customer service teams to increase potential customers and customer satisfaction through consistent strategies.
- Create, maintain and perform analytical reports on multiple platforms and extract key information for the development of future campaigns and market launch strategies.
- Design, test, implement and develop tactics for raising potential clients.
- Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and the customer's life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging on all channels.
- Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis and best marketing practices to create successful strategies.
- Manage content and updates for customers and internal contact points, document business processes and provide additional sales support.
- Gather customer and market information to inform disclosure strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
- Measure, monitor and report on ROI, KPIs and the effectiveness of marketing and communications actions.
- Stay updated with digital technology developments.
What are we looking for:
- Proven work experience as a marketing manager.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in B2B service marketing.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Practical experience with SEO / SEM, content marketing and Google Analytics.
- You must be highly motivated, flexible and service oriented.
- Experience in managing a high performance team.
- Versatile, goal oriented, driven, proactive and experienced in networking and influencing decision makers.
- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Advanced English level.
