Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client contact information.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage clients over the phone.
- No sales involved.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is advantageous.
- Good typing skills for efficient data entry and note-taking during calls.
- Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting set targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya.
Please note the following details:
- This position is based in our office @ Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya.
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Please note that this is NOT a weekend job.
- Please note that this is NOT after office-hours job.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
