Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contact information.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage clients over the phone.
  • No sales involved.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is advantageous.
  • Good typing skills for efficient data entry and note-taking during calls.
  • Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting set targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya.

Please note the following details:

  • This position is based in our office @ Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya.
  • Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Please note that this is NOT a weekend job.
  • Please note that this is NOT after office-hours job.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
