Young and Profiting (YAP) Media is looking for a full-time Automation and Engagement
Specialist.
YAP Media is an award-winning social media agency and podcast network.
In this role, you'll be responsible to posting client content across social media channels and responding to comments and DMs. The role also supports the management of automation campaigns including setting up automations in tool, audience research, campaign reporting and lead tracking activities.

● Automation
- Procurement of audience lists and review for accuracy and quality
- Set and execution of automation campaigns in tools (you will be trained)
- Monitor progress of direct message campaigns; alert team when campaign is failing and needs to be pivoted
- Updating reporting templates ongoingly to support social team performance reports outs with client
● Engagement
- Daily posting on client accounts across social channels
- Ensure posts are error-free, and correct posts are put up with the latest asset with working links.
- Responding to post comments utilizing response best practices
- Manual responding of DMs utilizing DM scripts
- Manual retargeting of engagers on LinkedIn Livestreams
- Pariciapte in company-owned engagement pods
- Completes daily checklist to manage client feed tasks
- Ensure appropriate links are included in “boosting” pods and monitor if posts are boosted / flag when not done

Salary: Php32,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
