Cluny Fish Ltd is a growing family business based in Buckie, dedicated to producing quality seafood products for the UK and global markets alike.
We are currently looking to grow our team due to continued expansion. We have full time, permanent positions available for a line leader in our new Primary Department.
Experience in salmon primary production would be necessary
Standard Shift - Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
Salary to be negotiated for the right individual
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the line day to day
- To comply fully with the company's hygeine standards
- Operaring filleting machinery
- Trimming salmon fillets to a high standard
