Job Description
Manages recovery of due/overdue loan.
Contacting customers daily and informing them of their loans.
Thoroughly understands assigned cases and product.
Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly to your leads.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information
Following up with customers daily on previous payment redemption date.
Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: ND/NCE
A working smartphone
6 months - 1 year of work experience.
Willing to resume immediately.
Performance driven, Agile, Teachable and willing to learn.
Attention to details and strong listening skills.
Previous experience in tele-collections and as a collection officers will be an added advantage.
Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly.
Meet daily and weekly targets.
Must be computer literate.
Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Should be willing to work from the office (Monday - Saturday).
Proximity to Palmgroove ( candidates should stay around,Ilupeju, Mushin, Onipanu, Bariga,Shomolu, Anthony,Maryland, Fadeyi, Jibowu, Ikeja and environs).
Remuneration
N50,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
