- Position Title: IT Presales Engineer
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + KPI Bonus + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales team to identify client needs and recommend solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
- Coordinating & preparing technical proposal
- Managing customer accounts
- Providing customer service, responding to customer complaints and queries
- Provide support for sales marketing campaigns
- Some other job expansion tasks
